Nadia complains that one of her classmates always teases her other classmates. Najeeb asks her to share the issue with the school education council. Nadia says that as she is new to this school, she does not know what the education council does. Meanwhile, Lalo Mama comes and he welcomes his guests and takes them inside the castle.

In the castle, Najeeb asks Lalo Mama about the responsibilities of school education councils.

Lalo Mama opens a window for their information.

Widow:

In the window, the reporter of the castle is asking some students about the school education councils.

Naseema, a resident of Shakardara district, Kabul province says: “our school does not have an education council and I do not know anything about it.”

Zuhal, a resident of Kabul city says: “Education council solves the problems of students and teachers.”

Farhat, another resident of Kabul city says: “We have an education council in our school. The council meets once a month and find the solution for the problems of students and teachers. Once some wonderer boys were annoying girls on the school way. We shared the issue with the school education council and they solve the problem.”

Naseem says: “One of our classmates was always taking brass knuckles to the class and he was teasing his classmates. I shared the issue with my teacher and she shared with the school education council and they solve the problem.”

Then the reporter of the castle talks to Abdul Qahar, the principle of Qeyamuddin Khadim High School, Kabul city about the responsibilities of school education councils.

Abdul Qahar says: “school education council connects the relation of school education council with the education department of the Ministry of Education. The school principal; Mullah of the village; chieftain and representative of the village are the members of the education council. The education council meets once a month and finds solutions to different issues like security issue; drinking water issue; wonderer boys and other issues. If some students do not obey the regulation of the school, we invite their families and find a solution to these kinds of problems.”

Lalo Mama closes the window.

Nadia says that she would also share the issue with her school education council.
