Changes in Business

Every shopkeeper tries to have more customers but it’s not a simple task. One needs to try different ways to find more customers. One of these ways is changing in business.
AEPO’s writer/producer has talked to Ziauddin, a resident of Kabul city who has brought changes in his business.
Ziauddin says: “At the beginning, I was selling oak firewood but later when I noticed the need of people for chopped pinewood for heathers, I started to chop pinewood too. I and my sons could chop about 100 kgs pinewood and then we put them in sacks. We get 300-400 benefit daily from this business. Our customers are families and some samovars owners.”
Some businessmen face loss due to not have enough experience in their works.
AEPO’s writer/producer has talked to Hameed, a resident of Kabul city who has faced loss in his business.
Hameed says: “I was buying fresh milk from cattle owners and then I was selling it in my shop. I started my work without any evaluation. I was supplying about 100 kgs milk from cattle owner daily but I did not have enough customers and most milks expired and I faced 35000 Afghanis loss in one month.”
