First Lane:

Sana and Haroon are playing in the alley. Peddler arrives with his rabbit and they welcome him. Sana asks about their gifts. Peddler says that he has brought a melody about a broken line and the rabbit told the melody children learned it. Haroon asks about the shape of the broken line. Peddler says that a discontinuous line or series of line segments, as a series of dashes or a figure made up of line segments meeting at an oblique angle is called a broken line.

Sana and Haroon find some more examples of the broken line. Peddler appreciates by giving them some gifts and he goes to another alley.

Second Lane:

Parwiz and Meena are playing in the alley. Peddler arrives and they welcome him. peddler asks them if they know any new joke or not.

Meena says no and asks the peddler to tell them a new joke.

Peddler opens the laughing box. A boy says the following joke:

“a boy called to the school principal and said: Sir, Ahmad could not attend the school today! The principal asked: who is talking then? The boy said: I am my father sir.”

Peddler likes the joke and asked the children to learn new jokes for next time and he goes to another alley.

The Story Lane:

Meena and Mahmood are waiting for the peddler to come and tell them a new part of the story “The Kind Rabbit”.

Peddler and Golden-wing Fairy enter to the lane. The children welcome them and ask the Golden-Wing Fairy to tell them a new part of the story.

Peddler asks them to tell them first the previous part of the story.

Meena and Mahmood tell the previous part as follow: “Long Ear was very sick and even she could not get up and find something for eating. Other rabbits were hearing her crying but were not eager to help her and they playing happily. Long Ear was hearing their voices. Meanwhile, someone knocked on the door of Long Ear’s house.”

The Golden-Wing Fairy starts the new part of the story as follow:

The Kind Rabbit: Part Three:

An old rabbit was passing Long Ear’s house and she heard the crying of Long Year. She knocked on the door but no one opened it. The old rabbit entered the house and saw that Long Ear was very sick and could not move. The old rabbit asked about her sickness. Long Ear said that she is so sick that even could not go out to find something for eating. The old rabbit told her that if she had friends, then they might help her and bring her foods but Long Year was still condemning other rabbits. While old rabbit saw that Long Ear was backbiting, she wanted to leave her house but Long Ear was begging not to leave her.”

End of part three.
