The School Principal

First Lane:

Sana, Aisha, and Noman are playing with other children in the lane. Noman says that he is the principal and the other children are the students and teachers.

Sana says that she does not know anything about principal because she is not enrolled in school yet.

Peddler arrives with his rabbit and children greet him. Sana asks about the principal from the peddler. The rabbit says poem about the principal.

Sana says that she learnt a little about principal from the poem. Noman says that he learned that the principal is a high-ranking person in the school.

Peddler affirms and adds that the principal of a school is responsible to solve all difficulties of students, teachers, headmasters and all school employees. The principal ensures that health care and drinking water is available for students. He also hires new teachers.

Sana says that now she knows more about the jobs of the school principal. Peddler appreciates them and goes to another lane.

Second Lane:

Ilham asks Tamana to tell him a new joke. Tamana doesn’t remember any new joke. Meanwhile, Peddler arrives and they greet him. Peddler asks them about their business.  Ilham says that he asked Tamana to tell him a new joke but she doesn’t know a joke.

peddler opens a talking box. A boy tells the following joke:

Father: what is the result of your exam?

Son: the son of the of our village head failed in the exam.

Father: what about your result?

Son: The son of the Khan (richest man in the village) also failed.

Father: I asked about you.

Son: My cousin also failed.

Father: (angrily) tell me about your result!

Son: I am not the son of a king to pass the exam.

The children like the joke. Peddler asks them to learn more new jokes and he goes to the other lane.

Third Lane (the lane of Story):

Nasib says to Zarmina that the previous story is finished and they don’t know any new story.

Peddler comes and greets them. Zarmina asks him to tell them a new story.

Peddler tells them a part of a new story.

The Rashid’s Story:

In the ancient time, Rashid (a boy) was living with his family. Rashid had a sister (Shah Perai) who had blonde hairs. Their home was located in the neighboring of a magician’s garden.

Rashid had a bad habit and sometimes he was telling lie to his parents.  when they were feeling unhappy, they were opening the window and were watching the magician’s garden. Shah Perai said to Rashid: “I want some fresh fruits from the magician’s garden and if I tell to my father, he would not allow us to go and pick up fruits from that garden.”

Rashid said that he would help her with this issue. Shah Perai asked that what if their father knows about it?

Rashid said that he would tell him a lie.

Shah Perai’s mother asked them to take their breakfast. Their parents went to visit Shah Perai’s aunt because she was sick.

Rashid said that he would do something then. End of the first episode.
