Abdal, the son of Gul Makai’s uncle, had returned from migration to see his house, which had been partially destroyed. The villagers helped repair his house and prepare it for him to live in again. Gul Makai urged Abdal to meet Zalmai, the mine-clearer, at least once. Abdal was confused about why Zalmai would want to see him.

Rahimdad visited Samandar, the mason, and informed him about the shared shop he was building with Nazir. Samandar was surprised but still hoped their partnership would endure and not fall apart midway.

Aqila was crying, but Karim and Rabia Gul thought her tears were unjustified. The true reason for her distress would soon be revealed in the upcoming drama scene.
