The Rich Man’s House

Once upon a time, there was a rat who had two pinkies, Chato and Soso. One day, Chato was very hungry. Her mother brought her some wheat but Chato denied to eat them. Chato said that he is tired of eating the same foods every day. Her mother said that the owner of their house where we have a cave in it, is a poor man and we could not find anything else in his house. Chato said that their neighbor is a rich man and have varieties of edibles.

 Chato wanted to go to the neighbor’s house with her sister Soso in order to eat some delicious foods. Her mother allowed them to go but advised them not touch any suspicious thing.

Chato and Soso went to the neighboring house. They interred to the kitchen and saw dry curd, a pancake, and dried bread. They prefer to eat pancake first.

 Meanwhile, a woman came and saw the pinkies. She tried to kill them but Soso and Chato ran away and hid under a cabinet. The woman said that she would not leave them alive. That night passed. Chato got up early in the morning, woke up Soso and told him there is a piece of dry curd in an iron tray. Chato wanted Soso to go with her to take the dry curd. Soso said that their mother had advised them not to touch any suspicious thing.

 Chato did not accept and went toward the dry curd. When Chato wanted to take the dry curd, a trap, trapped(captured) her tail and cut it. Chato was crying and regretful that why she did not accept her mother’s and Soso’s advice.
