Walking in the Middle of the Road

First Lane:

Akbar and Tajla are walking on the road. Akbar walks in the middle of the road. Tajla stops him and suggests going on the roadside, but Akbar refuses. Meanwhile, the peddler comes and after greeting, he asked them about their argument.

Tajala shares the issue with him. The peddler says that walking in the middle of the road sometimes causes big problems and then he takes the magic mirror out of his bag. Tajla and Akbar see a child in the mirror with his head and hands bandaged and they asked the peddler about him.

The peddler turns the other side of the mirror. Tajala and Akbar see that when a boy is walking in the middle of the road, a motorbike comes and hits him.

The peddler takes the magic mirror back into the bag.

Tajala and Akbar know that walking in the middle of the road is not safe.

Peddler goes to the next lane.

Second Lane:

Khalid and his sister, Frishta want to play but they do not know what to play.

Peddler arrives and the children welcome him. The peddler asks them about their playing. Khalid replies that they want to play but they don’t know what game is good to play.

Peddler says that he will teach them a new game name “Blind Roaster”. He arranges all children in a circle and counts them from one to ten. He reaches to the 10th number child; he closes the child’s eyes with a scarf and stands him in the middle of the circle. Then he wants the other children to touch that boy and wants that boy to grab anyone from his/her skirt or shirt and he adds if the boy grabs anyone from his skirt or shirt then the boy will untighten his eyes that then the second boy will close his eyes with scurf and they will continue the game.

Children learn the game and the peddler wants goes to the other lane.

Obaid and Nadima are waiting for the peddler and Golden Wing fairy to come and tell them a new part of the story of “The Pencil”.

A few seconds later peddler arrives and the children welcome him.

Nadima asks about the Golden Wing fairy. Peddler replies that she would arrive later.

Obaid says that the arrival of the fairy, he will tell a joke and he tells the following joke, “A woman complains to another woman that her child is so naughty that she changes her clothes three times a day. The other woman says that her son is more mischievous than her son, and says that if she wants to take her son home, she has to wash the faces of four or five other boys to get to know her son among them.”

Children like the joke and the Golden Wing fairy arrives and after greeting, she tells a new part of the story.
