Emal and Jawid were two friends living in a village. One day they went to the nearest mountain to bring firewood but could not find it. Then they decided to go to the other mountain for this purpose.

After a while, they got tired and sat on a large rock to rest. Meanwhile, Emal saw a big snake and told Jawid about it.

Jawid wanted him to let the snake go on her way but Emal did not accept and he hit the snake with a big stone. Suddenly they heard a horrible voice ordering to capture the two boys. In a few seconds, many snakes surrounded Emal and Jawid and took them to the kingdom of snakes.

Emal and Jawid were scared and crying and asked about their sin. The biggest snake replied that he is a dragon and Emal and Jawid have broken one of his crown jewels and he would not let them live alive.

Jawid blamed Emal for hitting the dragon and they apologized to the dragon and wanted him to forgive them but the dragon said that he will release them if they prepare the jewel of his crown as it was before. Emal said that they cannot repair his crown but Jawid said that they will try their best to repair it.

One of the snakes handed the broken crown. Emal suggested to Jawid that it would be better to escape but Jawid rejected his suggestion and said that they are surrounded by snakes.

Emal was walking around to find a way for escaping when Jawid gave him the good news and said that he repair the crown. Emal was very happy for hearing such good news. When Emal and Jawid lifted the crown, the jewel fell from the crown and they became very sad.

A few minutes later the dragon came and asked for his crown but they said that his crown is not repaired yet. The dragon got angry and said that he will punish Emal and Jawid for their sin.

Emil and Javid were very scared. Jawid wanted more time from the dragon but Emal wanted him not to waste his time. The dragon gave the last time to repair his crown otherwise he would badly punish them.

Jawid repaired the crown and gave it to the dragon. The dragon let them go home.

Emal asked Jawid where he has learned the repairing of jewelry. Jawid replied that his father jeweler and he learned this skill from his father in his free time.

Emal said that his father and friends always wanted him to learn a skill but he did not care now he knows that learning a skill is useful and can protect one from danger.
