Naweed goes to the castle with his sister, Firoza to visit Lalo Mama. Lalo Mama finds Naweed angry and he asks about the cause of his anger. Navid replies that he drank more water because of Firoza's delay. Lalo Mama says that drinking water has more benefits for the human body and then he takes his guests inside the castle.

Firoza says that she doesn’t drink water, especially in winter, and if she gets thirsty, she quenches her thirst by drinking tea.

Lalo Mama doesn’t consider this solution appropriate for quenching thirst and he turns on his mobile phone recorder.

A boy, Ahmadullah says, “I don’t like to drink water and I always drink tea.”

Another boy, Farhad says, “I am not used to drink water, especially I never drink it in the winter but I like to drink tea.”

Firoza wants Lalo Mama to open a window about the importance of drinking water.

Window:

In the window, Fariba complains of a headache. Her friend, Abida suggests her drinking a glass of water. Fariba laughs and says that water is not medicines to treat her headache. Abida shows her a short video on her mobile phone.

In the video, a doctor is talking about the benefits of drinking water. The doctor says, “Health experts differ on the average of drinking water per day.

The body constantly loses water throughout the day, mostly through urine and sweat but also from regular body functions like breathing. To prevent dehydration, we need to get plenty of water from drinks and food every day. Health experts commonly recommend eight 8 glasses water, equals about 2 liters a day.

However, some experts believe that we need to sip on water constantly throughout the day, even when we are not thirsty. As with most things, this depends on the individual.

Many factors ultimately affect how much water we need.

If we do not drink sufficient water daily, we might suffer persistent headaches, dull skin, fatigue, weight gain, dry mouth, and hypertension.”

Lalo Mama closes the window.

Fariba laughs and says that Naweed has worn her jacket. Navid says that his father has brought him and Fariba two similar jackets and he wore one of them.

Lalo Mama says that men's and women's clothes have some signs and Lalo Mama takes them to Hakim Baba to identify the differences between men's and women's clothes.

Hakim Baba says, “Men's clothing has buttons on the right, while the women’s clothes buttons are on the left. As most men are right-handed, the buttons on their clothes are on the right side of their clothes, and since most women hold their baby with their left hand, the buttons on their clothes are on the left to easily unbutton for breastfeeding their babies. ”

The guests thank Hakim Baba for the information. Lalo Mama opens the window of the listeners.

Window:

In the window, a young boy declaims a poem. The guests like and learn the poem and Lalo Mama closes this window too. Naweed and Firoza go back home.
