There is no Shame in Asking

Once upon a time, there were living many ducks together in a jungle near a river along with other birds and animals.

The duckling, Bablo and the chick, Mato were classmates and they were always going to school together.

One day the teacher (crane) was teaching mathematics. Bablo was asking questions from the teacher and the teacher was answering her but Mato was sitting aside. Mato asked Bablo that he did not understand the lesson. Bablo told him to ask the teacher but Mato said that she is ashamed to ask the teacher. Bablo blamed her for not asking any question. Meanwhile, the teacher asked Mato if she has any question. Mato said that she has no question.

On the way to home, Bablo blamed Mato that why she is not asking the teacher. Mato said that she could dare to ask the teacher in the class. Bablo said that if she doesn’t learn the lessons, she might fail in the exams. Mato said that she would think about it in the exams days.

Meanwhile, they heard the crying of their classmate kitten (the daughter of a rabbit). They went near and saw that the kitten had broken her leg.

Bablo asked Mato to dress her leg. Mato said that she doesn’t know how to dress a broken leg. Bablo said that one day the teacher taught them first aids. Mato said that he did not learn and she could not ask the teacher to repeat it for her.

Bablo brought two sticks and a piece of cloth. She dressed the kitten’s leg and sent Mato to inform kitten’s mother.

Next day, when Bablo and Mato went to school, the teacher asked Bablo to come in front of the class and she thanked Bablo for helping the kitten.

Kitten’s mother, a white rabbit came to the class and she rewarded Bablo by a nice pen for saving her kitten’s life.

The peacock’s chick asked the teacher that how Bablo leaned the lessons. The teacher said that Bablo always asks questions about the daily lessons.

Mato asked the teacher if she repeats the previous day’s lesson. The teacher became happy and appreciated Mato for asking questions.
