Dried Garlic

Kubra Dastgirzada had soup productions at the beginning and she added 12 new items to her productions later.

She says:

One of my relatives sent me a bottle of dried garlic from Canada. It attracted my attention and I started to produce dry garlic too. I bought a machine which easily peels garlic and then we put them in special trays in a stove and after drying, we grind them and put them in jars. We get 3 kilograms dried garlic from 22 kilograms fresh garlic.

Our productions were more attractive in an exhibition in Herat province. Our customers are supermarkets and we get about 10 Afghanis benefit from each jar of 100grms dried garlic.
