Many Afghans are busy in a different business as carpentry, hotel service, tailoring and so on. Among them, someone succeeds to get more benefit and some others fail in their business.

How could we find the way to success?

The writer/producer of AEPO has talked to Nazar Mohammad Daftari, the owner of a hotel in Kabul.

He says: I have learned how to bake and prepare different edible from corn seeds and corn flour in India and when returned to Afghanistan, I opened a restaurant here in Kabul. At the beginning, our big problem was the transferring of machinery into Afghanistan but one of my friends helped me in this issue.

We prepare corn flour bread and cake, corn seeds in different tastes as American, Indian and Mexican tastes and also make popcorn in different spices.

We always have ready-made corn flour bread and cake but other corn seed dishes are frozen and we prepare them according to the demand of our customers.

Women bakery:

Rayza Gul is another resident of Kabul city. She says: About 9 years back, I started work with a woman’s bakery. The owner of the bakery had been paying me about Afs. 1500 monthly and giving me 4 loaves of bread daily. After passing 5 years, I opened my own bakery. Now I bake about 600 loaves of bread daily and earn about Afs.7500 monthly and solve my family problems.
