How to Get Online Passport?

To speed up the work, eliminate corruption and to attain satisfaction and contentment of the citizens through services,

Afghan passport department launched the online passport Application Service.

In the beginning, AEPO’s writer/producer has talked to some people who are not aware or do not know how to fill online passport from and write an application.

Abdul Ghafour, a resident of Khost province says: “it is my third day that I have come to Kabul to get a passport. I am paying 700 Afghanis daily for the rent of the room. I have not heard anything about the online passport yet and I could not fill online form neither.”

Abdul Ahmad, a resident of Helmand Province says: “I was waiting in a row to submit my application and other documents to the passport department but the rain caused the people to unarrange the row and I could not submit my application.”

Imaddudin, an employee of Asan Xidmat Center, Kabul city says: “after the selection of application, a form would be opened automatically and the applicant should fill it correctly. The applicant should submit 4 passport size color photos. The applicant must not wear glasses during taking photos and he/she must apply all the requirements mentioned in the form and at the end of the work, when the applicant click the register option, the form would be sent.”

What people think about the benefits of getting passport online?

Nazar Rasoli says: “before applicants had to stay a night or nights for passport registration in front of the passport department but now they save the time by filling passport form online.”

Muhmmad Nazir, a resident of Paktia province says: “I applied and fill the form of passport online and only I went to bank for the delivery of the passport fees.”
