Cooking Foreign Foods

Qais, A resident of Kabul city says: I have studied economy but got no job. I changed my mind and learned cooking in one of our neighboring countries for two years. After the end of the course, I got a good job in one of the famous restaurants in Pakistan. When I came back to Afghanistan, I started work as a cook with some foreigners with 8000 Afghanis monthly salary and later, they increased my salary. I could cook varieties of Italian, Chinese, Indian and Afghani foods. Besides cooking, I have opened cookery training course too.

Atiqullah Sahak, the owner of the course says:

Before I had a private school and I considered that some teachers, especially females, do not have enough experience in teaching. I decided to establish a complex. At the beginning, I spent about 100.000 Afghanis on the complex.

We teach three subjects: child psychology, pedagogy, and teaching method. Our instructors are more educated, and we apply the curriculum of the ministry of education of Afghanistan but we focus more on its practical aspects. The duration of each course is two months. We have signed contracts with some private schools and educational institutes. If they need teachers, we introduce our educators to them and they would hire them. these teachers have to pay half of their first-month salary to us. About 70 teachers graduated from our complex in three courses and all of them are hired to.
