Dried Curd

1st lane:

Abdullah and Adela have a picnic under a tree with other children in the lane. everyone has brought something for eating. Abdullah has brought dried curd and gives some of it to Adela. Peddler enters the lane and children welcome him.

Abdula gives a little-dried curd to peddler too. Peddler thanks him and asks them that what is dried curd made of.

Abdullah says that dried curd is made of milk. Adela asks if the dried curd is made of milk, then why it is sour. Peddler asks them what else is made of milk. Adela and Abdullah know nothing more. Peddler turns on a tape. A Child says: yogurt, cheese, and curd are made of milk.

Peddler says that butter, milk-cream and dried curd are also made of milk.

Some people put yogurt in a cotton sack and purify the extra water from it. Then they make small pieces from curd and dry them under the sun, and when dried, they call it dried curd.

Children knew that what is made of milk. Peddler appreciates them by giving some gifts and he goes to another lane.
