Different behavior

In each production company, several people are busy in work and their work is led by an employer or someone else. Some workers face different behavior from the managers for various reasons.

AEPO’s writer/producer has talked to Muhammad Shakir, working in the glass section of a company.

Shakir talks about his business, "Before I was working for a construction materials company. The manager of the company had bad behavior with me. There were more workers busy in work in that company and the manager had good behavior with them but he was cursing only me.

As I could not tolerate it, I left that company and started my new job in this company.

The manager of this company has a good behavior with us and we try our best to do more work. His good behavior caused the company to expand their work.”

AEPO’s writer/producer has talked to Ghulam Nabi, the manager of workers of the mentioned company. Ghulam Nabi talks about his business, “I well treat all workers in the company because workers are also human like we are and they should be respected. If we badly treat them, they might not work with enthusiasm.

Our relations are like brothers and we never get angry with them and there is no difference between our workers and the only difference among them is their salary. A worker, who works for 10 years or more than that, gets more salary than the one who starts a new job, and he would get salary according to his work time.

The workers try to perform more work than their daily work. They do the work of two days, in a single day.”

Learning Skills:

Those who have learned skills can get more income.

AEPO’s writer/producer had a trip to Herat province and there he has talked to Mariam at an exhibition held in Herat city.

Mariam talks about her business, “I am a painter and I have started my artistic career about one year ago.

I have exhibited my products in different exhibitions held in Pakistan, Iran in the USA embassy in Kabul city.

My all pieces of art are realistic. I sold one piece of art for  $ 400 in Kabul and another piece for 50 thousand Afghanis in Iran. Each piece of art takes about 4-5 months to be comleted.”
