‌Using  benefit from  the strength and skills of others, could increase  the number of productions and sales and meet market requirements.

Masih Shafiee is one of the managers of the biggest kites producing and selling company in Kabul. He says to the writer/producer of AEPO:

“We started work 10 years back. Our productions cover all provinces of Afghanistan. We have hired about 50 family on duty, men and women are working together.”

He replies to the other question: ‘We import raw materials from abroad and production is taking place inside the country. We pay accordance to the size, quality and quantity of the productions to our employees. We have whole sale and get up to 3% benefit from them.

Performing three duties at a time:

Sifatullah is another resident of Kabul city who performs three duties a day. He says: “At the beginning, I started to prepare and sell soup. Later I collected some money and bought a taxi to myself and hired a pupil to sill the soap.

Nowadays, I work with the taxi from morning to noon. In the afternoon, I drive taxi again till evening. In the evening, I buy fresh fruits and sell it in the market.I bought a car and a house from the benefits of my duties.
